Expectations of Workplace Excellence

The Expectations of Workplace Excellence were developed by a diverse group of employees from Olathe Medical Center, Miami County Medical Center and Olathe Health Physicians who have been recognized for their excellent customer service skills. They collaborated to define the health system's organizational culture in support of providing excellent customer service to everyone who interacts with the health system. Our customers are our patients, employees, physicians, ambassadors, visitors, vendors, (i.e. everyone we come in contact with). Our objective is to exceed our customers’ expectations.
