Named to Fortune/PINC AI’s Top 100 Hospitals List
Olathe Medical Center is proud to be named one of the nation’s Top 100 Hospitals by Fortune/PINC AI. This designation is based on excellence in patient outcomes and experience, operational efficiency, financial health and community impact. OMC was ranked No. 10 in the top 20 large community hospitals category.

Jumping to a Grade “A” 
Olathe Medical Center earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit organization focused on patient safety. Based on an “A” to “F” grade scale, this ranking system is designed to help patients make informed healthcare decisions, helping consumers better protect themselves and their loved ones from errors, injuries, accidents and infections. OMC is one of approximately 3,000 general acute-care hospitals in the United States evaluated bi-annually on more than 30 national performance measures from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid and other data sources. 

OMC’s ranking has continued to increase due to a relentless focus on patient experience and outcomes. Now part of The University of Kansas Health System, our system-wide commitment to routinely evaluating existing safety and quality data will continue to make a huge impact in the safety of our patients.
