Memorials and Tributes
Memorial Gifts
Memorial gifts are a meaningful way to honor a loved one who has passed away and to express appreciation for the care they received. Memorial gifts also provide the comfort of knowing that your contribution will continue to help others.
Setting Up a Memorial Gift:
For surviving family members that would like to honor their loved ones by making a memorial contribution, you can including the following language in the obituary: “In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Olathe Health Charitable Foundation.”
We will send a letter to the surviving family member(s) to let them know of gifts made in memory of their loved one. We will not mention the amount of the gift.
Tribute Gifts
Tribute gifts are a meaningful way to honor someone who has made a special impact on your life. Often patients who feel they received exceptional care from an Olathe Health physician, nurse or other provider will make a gift in that person’s honor. You may also make a gift in honor of a family member, friend or anyone else you wish.
To Honor Your Caregiver:
If you would like to honor someone you believe provided exceptional care to you or a family member, please be sure to provide information such as their name, department, clinic or floor, the dates of your care and any special notes you’d like us to pass along to your caregiver.
We will provide them with a notification that a gift was made in their honor. We will not mention the amount of your gift.
