Amy went above and beyond when she took on the role of running her clinic while her office manager was out on FMLA. As a Patient Access Representative (PAR) at Olathe Health Family Medicine – Mahaffie, Amy is used to providing excellent customer service.
Her new role as interim office manager included additional responsibilities such as, assisting physicians with billing, charting and following up with patients, addressing patient concerns, and being a liaison between the clinic and Olathe Health Physician (OHP) management.
“This clinic would have struggled without Amy’s leadership,” Katie Danielson, RN, BAN, MBA, Director of Primary Care Services and Nursing for OHP, said. “Amy is proactive in helping patients and resolving customer service issues, and all our patients love being checked in by her.”
Amy has been with Olathe Health for almost nine years. Her coworkers say she’s done a wonderful job in a challenging situation.
