Congratulations to Dana Moss, RN, 4 North Nurse Manager at Olathe Medical Center!
Dana truly leads by example. Even during the most challenging and chaotic times, her calm and positive demeanor are a bright light for her clinical team. She takes an active role in helping the 4th floor team grow by providing opportunities to develop their skills, as well as organizing team-building activities to improve morale. She also takes an active role in helping the organization meet its mission by leading the Press Ganey Environment of Care Improvement Task Force and participating in several committees including, the Inpatient Fall Committee, the Pain Committee, the Cardiac Care Improvement Committee and the Connected Crew.

Dana has been with Olathe Medical Center for seven years, serving in her role as nurse manager for almost five years.
The Outstanding Associate award recognizes associates throughout Olathe Health who are role models of the Olathe Health mission and values, help progress their departments and the whole organization, and provide exceptional experiences for patients and visitors. Six Outstanding Associates are chosen annually. One of these recipients is chosen by senior leadership for the prestigious Frank H. Devocelle Legacy Award.
