$40 Sports and Camp Physicals
For your convenience, we offer discounted physicals for children’s sports, camps and other activities at all of our Urgent Care locations. The physicals are for students in 4th through 12th grade.
Cost is $40, out-of-pocket charge. Does not include or replace well-child checks or immunizations. Please bring your glasses/eyewear.
